Refund and Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at Cayson & Co. We hope you love all of your items, but we understand things don't work out!
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the day the item is delivered to request a return. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return. Acceptable returns will receive a store credit posted on their customer account. To be able to obtain store credit for a return, you must have a customer account. All store credits are stored in our computer systems. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. No items with makeup stains, deodorant stains, perfume, cigarette smell or animal hair will be accepted.
Please allow 5-7 business days to process returns. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you.
We do NOT offer refunds. STORE CREDIT ONLY.
All sale items are FINAL sale and are not eligible for return or exchanges.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
The costumer is responsible for return shipping cost.
Please include the packaging slip with your return. The packing slip contains all the information necessary to process the return. Once, the return has been processed you will receive your store credit via email.

Damages and Issues
Damaged items must be reported within three days of receiving your order. Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if your receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged.
