Shipping Policy

Orders are fulfilled Monday-Friday. Typically orders are shipped out the following business day. ORDERS CAN NOT BE CANCELED OR CHANGED AFTER BEING PLACED. Orders are shipped within 5-7 days of being placed. 

If your package is lost in transit please email us at caysonco@gmail.com so we can file a claim. If your package cannot be located we will reship the items if in stock or refund you for store credit. USPS must be in transit for 15 days before we can file a claim. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY STOLEN PACKAGES. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYS CAUSED BY MAIL CARRIERS. We will not refund shipping charges if USPS or UPS does not meet their guaranteed shipping dates.
